It all started 13 years ago when I first picked up a pair of dumbbells and fell in love with the power of exercise (not entirely true, hunger was the primary motivating factor. Uni was on strike, and I had to make ends meet). But (love sha' came later) and I've spent the last decade honing my skills and learning everything there is to know about Health and Fitness. But, despite my vast knowledge and experience, I was constantly disappointed by the lack of innovation and inspiration in the Nigerian fitness gear industry. Most sports shops in Nigeria are run by business-oriented owners, who prioritize profit over providing the best possible workout Equipment for their customers. This leads to a market flooded with dull and uninspired fitness equipment and accessories.
I saw the need for a place where people could get their hands on the best gear and get expert advice to help them reach their fitness goals.
